DRY GOODS SHIPPING
Pinoy Warehouse doesn’t add shipping fees. Australia Post sets the cost based on your parcel’s weight or size — whichever is higher.
Shipping Australia Wide $15.95 for orders up to 5 Kilos. Additional Shipping cost for total weight above 5 kilos, or in regional areas to be advised once order is ready to ship.
First 5 kilos of your order is FREE, if your order is $100 or more. You only need to pay for the weight of your order minus 5 kilos.
COLD ITEMS SHIPPING
All orders for cold items will only be sent by EXPRESS POST through Australia Post to avoid spoilage due to long delivery. Though we pack with ice gels,Australia Post Express is not a refrigerated transport service. Please factor in some thawing. From our experience, it does not affect the quality of the product.
Cold items will be shipped separately to Dry Goods to keep the cost of Express Post down, as Express Post cost is calculated by weight.
Shipping will only be despatched Mondays and Tuesdays during normal working weeks to avoid cold goods parcels sitting in Courier warehouses over the weekends.
Express Post is usually overnight or 2 days delivery, with other country areas sometimes 3 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing the purchase, as ownership of the items transfers to the customer upon payment confirmation.
* Spoilage due to Missed deliveries will be at Buyer’s Expense.
* Cold products cannot be returned.
* Change of mind/Cancellations will incur a 30% restocking fee.
* If a Product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days at to arrange your return or exchange.
* The full cost of Express postage for frozen items is at the customers expense.
The weight of the order on checkout is approximate only. Orders will be weighed after it's packed to get the true weight for Shipping Cost. We will contact you if an additional freight charge is required.
Final shipping costs may vary. If additional charges apply and are declined, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
